Plush and layered; ripe dark fruit, fine tannin, vanilla spice.
Long and polished.
At the table
Prime rib, ribeye steak, mushroom wellington and aged Gouda.
How it is made
Hand-harvested, fermented in tank and aged in French oak for around eighteen months.
Terroir & region
Oakville, the warm heart of Napa Valley, with deep alluvial soils and cooling morning fog.
