THE STORY

Blended from Yoichi and Miyagikyo malts and grain, then married in barrel and bottled at 51.4%.

Nose

Orange peel, baking spice, caramel, light smoke.

Palate

Rich, dried fruit, ginger, toffee.

Finish

Long, warming and gently peppery.

Aging process

Aged in a mix of cask types and further matured after blending for harmony.

Terroir & region

Yoichi on Hokkaido’s coast and Miyagikyo in Sendai.
